Request to hold unit for approval

A request with a $3,000 USD will hold the unit for one week, once approved by the seller, a contract to purchase will be signed by both parties and the down payment amount (25%) will become due.
The purchaser has the right to cancel the request within the one week period and receive the full amount ($3,000) with no further obligations.
